We offer a range of shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The delivery times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.
Important Notes
- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions.
- We are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen parcels once NZ Post has accepted them for delivery. As all New Zealand shipping options are tracked, we recommend liaising with your local post office. We can also help open an investigation if necessary.
- Customs duties and taxes may be applied to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 1-5 business days.
- Cost: A flat rate of $8. Free for orders over $100.
Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.
- Cost: A flat rate of $12. Free for orders over $180.
- Delivery Time: 3-10 business days.
- Cost: A flat rate of $16 NZD. Free for orders over $200 NZD.
Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 1-5 business days.
- Cost: A flat rate of $40 NZD. Free for orders over $300 NZD.
Return Policy
At Charmed Nail Studio, we take great pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of our press-on nails, we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Please choose your size and style carefully. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size/style. We encourage you to double check your order before finalising your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every item before it is shipped, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all included tool kit items and original packaging. You will also be required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
